By installing or using the PostPilot Chrome extension or visiting this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

PostPilot is a Chrome extension that extracts text content from webpages and uses AI (Anthropic Claude) to generate social media posts for Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and Instagram. The service is provided as-is.

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• Free accounts are limited to 3 content generations per day.
• Pro accounts ($12/month) have unlimited generations.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use PostPilot.

You own the social media posts generated by PostPilot and may use them freely. However, you are responsible for ensuring the content you post complies with each platform's terms of service. PostPilot does not guarantee that generated content is free from errors or suitable for any particular purpose.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to repurpose the content of the webpages you use with PostPilot. Do not use PostPilot to generate content from sources you do not have permission to use.

• Using PostPilot to generate spam, misleading, or harmful content.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload the service.
• Sharing your account credentials with others.
• Using automated tools to interact with PostPilot beyond normal use.

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $12/month through our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Lemon Squeezy customer portal. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

We strive to keep PostPilot available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

PostPilot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of PostPilot after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the website.
